Pape Diouf is coming back to Phoenix for a week of sabar drum and dance!

Nov. 5, performance by Ensemble Ndeye Soxna with Pape Diouf, 6-8 p.m., Fair Trade Cafe, 1020 N 1st Ave, Phoenix, 85003

Nov. 6, DRUM class: 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Ha Yoga Studio, 1940 E. University Dr., Tempe, 85281 (PLEASE bring a chair or stool!)

Nov. 6, DANCE class: 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m., Ha Yoga Studio, 1940 E. University Dr., Tempe, 85281

Nov. 8, DRUM class: 2:30-4 p.m., ASU Community Services Bldg, 200 E. Curry, Tempe, 85281 (in the basement)

Cost for each class is $15/$10 for students (with ID).

Sabar drums will be provided for drum classes, but quantity is limited. If you’ve got one, bring it! Otherwise, please email me to reserve a drum.

Beginners are WELCOME at ALL classes!!
